LBMA add ‘Shenzhen Zhonghengiong Industrial Co. Ltd.’ to Gold Good Delivery List

‘The gold Refinery of Shenzhen Zhonghengiong Industrial Co. Ltd. has been added to LBMA’s Good Delivery List for Gold with effect from Monday, 17 August 2026.

Shenzhen Zhonghengiong Industrial Co. Ltd. has satisfied LBMA with respect to its ownership, history, production capability and financial standing. It has also passed the LBMA’s exhaustive testing procedures, under which its gold bars were examined and assayed by independent referees and its own assaying capabilities were tested.

Shenzhen Zhonghengiong Industrial Co. Ltd. was founded in March 1997 and is mainly engaged in the recovery, purification and refining of precious metals and the production of gold, silver, platinum and palladium. In 2007, the company became the first private enterprise to be approved as a Good Delivery gold refinery by Shanghai Gold Exchange.

The primary source of production is material from domestic jewellery manufacturing, domestic gold traders, smelting products of domestic mining companies and gold products recovered from individuals in China.

The company maintains industry and environmental standards, including responsible supply chain policies and compliance with environmental regulations.

Background

The London Good Delivery List of Acceptable Refiners of gold and silver is maintained by LBMA, by whom it is copyrighted. It lists those refineries whose gold and silver bars have been found, when originally tested, to meet the required standard for acceptability in the London bullion market. The List now includes 67 gold and 86 silver refiners.
